Do I have to pay to access the courses?
CropLife Latin America’s online course platform offers free courses. Anyone interested in sustainable agriculture can access the courses once they complete their registration.
Do I have to access the course at certain times or dates?
The online courses adjusts to each student’s schedule and availability. You can take the course at any time and any day, since they are always available in the platform.
Can I complete the course in one session or do I have to do it in multiple sessions?
Remember you can take the following courses in multiple sessions, since its content is divided into different units: International Code of Conduct on Pesticide Management (FAO) Course, Responsible Management of Empty Crop Protection Containers - CAMPOLIMPIO, Good Beekeeping and Agricultural Practices for the Health of Pollinators, Introduction to Biotechnology, Pesticide Risk Management and Mitigation and Modes of Action.
The Life Cycle of a Pesticide Guide is very short, which is why it is not necessary to complete it in multiple sessions, unless you want to review its content. The Bio Beds course, despite not being divided into different modules, has a lot of information and tools, which is why you can access the course on multiple sessions if you want to. You can access the platform any time you want using your email and password.
How do I change my password?
If you forget your password, you must click on LOG IN. You will find an option that says Forgot your username and/or password?
Once you click it and enter your email, you will receive a confirmation email with a code. You must copy the code and paste it in the box shown on the platform. Once you click SEND, you will be able to enter a new password.

Why didn’t I pass the unit?
To pass each unit on the following courses, International Code of Conduct on Pesticide Management (FAO) Course, Responsible Management of Empty Crop Protection Containers CAMPOLIMPIO, Good Beekeeping and Agricultural Practices for the Health of Pollinators, Introduction to Biotechnology, Pesticide Risk Management and Mitigation, and Modes of Action: It is necessary to have a determined percentage of correct answers, otherwise you will have to review the content and retry the test.
The Life Cycle of a Pesticide Guide and the BioBeds course only have a unit and have different tools to review the content. You can complete these in a short amount of time.
What happens if I don’t pass a unit after multiple attempts?
We recommend you review the content on each unit, and take advantage of the tools offered to review the topics before taking the test again. There is no limit on the amount of times you can take the test, which is why you can take it once you are sure of your understanding of the content. What are self-reviews?
Throughout the units you will find short questionnaires called self-reviews. These have as a goal to help review key messages of the course. These are not scored and are not required. If you decide not to answer them, the system will automatically highlight the correct answers in blue.

How can I download my diploma?
To access your diplomas, you need to be logged into your account. Once there, click on the GRADES tab. Select the course you completed, and click on the arrow. Click DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE. If you don’t see your diploma, you can look for it in your downloads folder.
Can my diploma show the amount of hours invested on the course?
Our courses are designed so that students can take them depending on their schedule and time availability. This is why we can’t assign a specific amount of hours invested to each course, since this can be different for every student.
Who certifies my diploma?
The online courses are certified by CropLife Latin America and promoted by national associations. CropLife Latin America, as an international organization promotes strict ethical and social responsibility parameters focused on respecting public health and the environment. This is why the online course platform is meant to promote the responsible use of crop protection technologies and good agricultural practices.
